From the Strutting Heel line comes the Stiletto Boots, now as a pair of footwear for any fashion occasion. Here's an extensive overview.
By Jin Lovelace
This isn't fantasy; it's as real as it gets. Lockwood has an extensive catalog of assorted footwear ranging from Wedge Heels, to light-up Sneakers. Before, there truly weren't such a brand on Home you could name off the top of your head that yields more than what you could muster when it comes to hosting a bevy of foot commodity, whereas Threads would a slight second albeit to a degree on the aesthetic department.
It's natural to see the premiere developer expand in this catalog and to totally be a bit complex to the wear these days. Me personally, it was about time this released.
In my article about the strutting Heels line, it was noted that there should be an option to purchase the Stiletto Boots separately for versatility reasons. Aside from playing with some styles of my own with them, I felt they would add a bit of complexity to your outfit assemble. There's only a few Thigh-High Heels on Home (Granzella being an example, while Costumes holds the Paris Modern Thigh-High Boots in black) and it's about that time for the company to release a bit of shoe variety.
The Stiletto Boots were once before a baked-in commodity that were fitted with a pair of shorts and skinny jeans available in four colors (two for purchase and two from the Gift Machine). The Stiletto Boots that were fitted with the latter were a slight enchanting approach to put use of the much execrated Super Skinny Jeans of which--so the idea--might play by the same rules with other skinny garments on Home. Much to chagrin, this was met with a disappointment as they would "bleed" through the shoes but it isn't to say they aren't useful.
(**ITEMS USED: Tube Top - Brown (Granzella: $0.99), Billabong - Sweet Amor Mini Skirt -Off Black Multi ($0.99), and Patchwork Purse (Threads: $0.99) with use of the Stiletto Boots: Brown for 64 Token)
The boots are similar in design to the baked-in counterparts, except some added bulk to the look, which can be a bit of a turn-off for those who're seeking a slight slimmer fit. They do work quite lovely with certain skirts, especially the complex gowns such as Billabong's Sweet Amor Mini Skirt - Off Black Multi. The color motifs play exquisitely well with the brown stiletto boots. The key factor to certain designs like this is to play against the slightly bulging plan.

What I do enjoy about these boots is that, believe it or not, they are accessible in some ways than one. As aforementioned, the idea on using these boots in your fashion outfits is to play against the bulky design and not around it or--perhaps--with it.
(ITEMS USED: Billabong - Go With the Sun Top - Lemon Twist ($0.99), Wrangler - Cassidy Colour Collision ($0.99), and Stiletto Boots - White ($0.99)
Often times I like to dabble around with warm, soothing colors to purvey a natural design to bring out an essence in a personality. For the example here, the same rule apply to the combined boots and shorts items, which now can be paired with almost any shorts available on Home sans the limited feel of using just one or two colors. I recommend playing around with certain shorts from Wrangler and maybe a few from Lockwood's own Drey Shorts for quality results. I wouldn't just pair these with every shorts available due to style reasons.
(ITEMS USED: Style Icon Cropped Jacket - Pink (Street Styles: $0.99), Leggings - Jeans Model D (Codeglue: $0.99), Drey Clutch Purse (Red: $0.49), and Stiletto Boots - Red (64 Tokens))
Though you can't fit these boots with any of your Jeans, I find that Codeglue's Leggings line works fabulously well with any choice of the footwear. For example here, the complexity of the Cropped Jacket plays dashingly with the Red stiletto Boots and the Model D type pants.
Overall
There are so many options available for you when it comes to these Boots. The slight bulge may wane off the few who prefer a much fitted tone to the shoes but for those who want to make something out of the commodity will find that they add a new dimension to your personal wear, creating a sense of character and personality without the rebuttal of being (for the lack of a better word) "slutty" or "trashy". The fun really kicks around the brown and red options while the white and black plays more on the safe side of some outfit designs.
Still, I think it's great that Lockwood really ventured out on making the classic designs of the Stiletto Boots separate from the shorts and the skinny garments. With the right touch of the items and plan, they are every worth of the purchase of the tokens you spend on your friends. :)
